Yes. Each party bus holds its own TCP license. In order to have an up-to-date TCP license, the buses must pass inspection and be maintained.
Know that most party buses do not have restrooms on board. When renting a party bus for local club hopping, you will be stopped at a place such as a bar or a brewery that has restrooms.
Party buses with restrooms are great for long-haul travel such as going from San Diego to Los Angeles or San Diego to Vegas. If this is important to you, please let your booking agent know.
